What you can buy
Every workload sits on a facility, on infrastructure inside it, and on a platform people log into. You can buy any one of those three from us, on its own.
01 · Rent
Instances, storage, managed databases and load balancing on our footprint. You run the workload, we run everything under it.
02 · Own
A private cloud, HPC or AI cluster, designed, built, commissioned and handed over working. Yours to run, in somebody else's building.
03 · Build
An independent read on whether the design carries what you plan to run, then support through fit-out, commissioning and acceptance.
Our strength in numbers
Every figure here comes from work that is in production, not from a pipeline forecast.

Where you fit in
Below is the same offering explained one buyer at a time. Find the sentence that sounds like you, then look at how much of the stack ends up on your side.
01 · Rent
"I need compute this month."
Capacity now, without a capex conversation and without owning anything to get it.
Your virtual machines, containers, data and the applications your team ships.
The console people log into, the API, orchestration, quotas and the monthly bill.
Servers, storage arrays, network fabric and the capacity headroom behind them.
Power distribution, cooling, containment, floor loading and who gets through the door.
One level is yours. The other three stay ours.

02 · Own
"I need my own environment."
Renting stops paying once the workload is steady, the data is regulated, or the GPUs cannot share a platform with anyone.

Power distribution, cooling, containment, floor loading and who gets through the door.
Three levels move to you. The building does not.

03 · Build
"I am building the facility."
Most of what goes wrong in a data centre was settled in the drawings, months before anyone racked a server.

Power distribution, cooling, containment, floor loading and who gets through the door.
Every level is yours, including the one nobody sees.

Changing an infrastructure decision before construction costs a meeting. Changing it after the concrete is poured costs a project.
The line moves over time, and most companies only find that out once. At Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering in Mysuru it moved twice on the same site. See how that went
Service 01 · Cloud
The platform runs on our own Tier 4 footprint, with real tenants on it, and the bill is the number you were quoted.
On the hyperscalers the headline rate is only half the story. Bandwidth is billed separately, and that is where a predictable bill stops being predictable.
Service 02 · Infrastructure design
Regulated data, a workload too steady to rent, or GPUs that need their own room. We design the environment, build it, and hand it over working.
Private cloud, public cloud, HPC clusters, hybrid and migration.
Training clusters, inference platforms, GPU as a service, retrieval.
Rack, power and liquid cooling design for 40kW racks and above.
Key custody, audit evidence, and what one AI request really costs.

Before anything runs, someone has to decide where the power goes, how the heat leaves and what the floor can carry. That is where our third service starts.
Service 03 · Data centre
We review the design while it can still be changed cheaply, tell you plainly whether it carries the workloads you intend to sell into it, and then help you build it out.

Watch
A walk through the portal, an instance launching, and the room it all runs in. If you would rather see it live, we will do that instead.

Rooms we designed, racks we laid out, and the clouds we built on top of them. Our most recent, at Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering in Mysuru, ran all three services on one site.

Support
Yes, and most customers do. Sign up, launch an instance and never speak to us about a design. The other two services exist for people whose workload cannot sit on a shared platform.
Yes, up to the allowance on your plan. That is most of the difference you see in the price comparison.
You do. On design and build work the environment is yours and the hardware sits on your balance sheet. We are the engineering team behind it.
Because a review written by the people hoping to win the build is not worth much. It is issued through AuditTrax Labs, and the findings stand whether or not you use us afterwards.
Yes. Design and build are delivered white-label under your name, and the cloud platform can run inside your facility on your own price list.
Next step
An hour with our engineers, no charge. Bring a floor plan, a workload, or just the problem.
