We review the facility design while it can still be changed cheaply, tell you plainly whether it carries the workloads you intend to sell into it, and then help you build it out.
The review
A paid readiness review, before the build
Four to eight weeks, issued independently through AuditTrax Labs. The review is written by our assurance arm, not by the team that would like to win the build, which is the only reason it is worth reading.

What we examine
The whole thing, from the power coming in to the workloads that will eventually run on it. A design that is fine for general compute can come apart the moment GPUs arrive.
Power
Distribution, redundancy, headroom and what happens at high-density rack loads.
Cooling
Air, containment and whether liquid is needed for what you plan to sell.
Floor and rack layout
Aisle discipline, weight, access routes and where growth actually goes.
Network design
Fabric topology, oversubscription and the east-west traffic nobody planned for.
Storage design
Tiering, throughput and whether it can keep accelerators busy.
Capacity headroom
What is left after day one, and what the second phase costs.
Segmentation and security
Tenant isolation, key custody and physical access control.
Workload fit
Whether the design carries the customers you intend to put in it.
Why it is issued independently
A review written by the people hoping to win the build is not worth much
The readiness review is issued through AuditTrax Labs, our assurance arm. The report carries that name, not ours. If the answer is that you should not build, the report says so.

Common questions
Is the review binding?
No. It is advice. You can take it to any contractor.
What if we disagree with a finding?
Challenge it. We write back-up evidence for every finding. If the evidence does not hold up, the finding comes out.
Does the review cover an existing facility?
Yes. We review designs-in-progress and operational facilities. The scope and cost differ slightly.
