This Privacy Policy describes how Cloudtopiaa and its affiliates (collectively, "Cloudtopiaa," "we," "our" or "us") collect, use and disclose data about your interactions with our websites (like www.cloudtopiaa.com), services and applications (collectively, "Services"). It should be noted that the information that our customers may handle while using our Services is not covered by this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”).

Users of our services (also referred to as "users," "you" or "your") provide information to us about themselves in a number of ways, such as:

  1. Information you enter when registering for the Services via your user account (also known as your "Account").
  2. Information we learn from your interactions with the Services.
  3. We understand this information from third-party websites, services and partners.

Information We Collected

1. Information You Provide

  1. Setting up an Account When you create an account, we may ask for your name, last name, address, email address, phone number, billing address and account security (password). You may also be asked to add special characters and click "register done".
  2. Details about the Payment - You can pay with the Stripe payment gateway, and we don't keep any information about your bank accounts on the record. Either in person or online, the customer gives their card information. When those card numbers go through Stripe's payment system, the information is encrypted. The payment is sent to the cardholder's issuing bank through a credit card network like Visa or Mastercard.
  3. Personal Data. This includes information that could be used to identify, describe, connect or link a user directly or indirectly, especially if it is related to an identifier like a name, an ID number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors that are unique to that person's physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. As the situation calls for it, "Personal Data" includes similar terms used in other Data Protection Laws, such as "Personal Information" in the CCPA.
  4. Content by Users: You can share content on our Services with the public by using our "Community" feature. By creating an account on our community, you acknowledge that other users and other third parties may read and use your details and any content you upload.
  5. Exchange of ideas: Your name, email address, phone number, message content, any attachments you send us and any other information you choose to share may all be obtained if you get in touch with us directly. Additionally, if you open one of our emails, we might get notified. When we request your personal information, we will make clear the personal information we are asking from you as well as the reasons for doing so.

In order to run, secure, make wise decisions and report on the success of our company, we also use this data to create business intelligence and aggregate analysis.
  3. Details that we get from Outside Sources - Let's say you decide to connect a third-party account to our Services. In that scenario, in order to approve connecting, we will get details about that account from the third-party account, including your authentication key.   5. Sign-up Referral Information Sharing: If you sign up for our Services via a friend's referral, we might give your referrer information, letting them know that you used their recommendation to sign up for our Services.

  7. As Mandated by Law and Comparable Disclosures - We might share information to: Follow the laws, rules, court cases, or requests from the government that apply to you. 7. Cloutopiaa Puts your Information Security First

Some of the tools and safety measures we use are designed to keep information safe from people who aren't supposed to see, use or share it. These steps were carefully chosen to offer protection that is appropriate for the level of risk involved in data processing. There is no such thing as a completely perfect service. We promise that hackers, data loss, breaches or unauthorized access will never happen, even though our team works hard to keep your data safe.

8. Data Retention Practices

We keep the personal data we gather from you for as long as we have a valid business reason to do so, such as providing a requested service or meeting legal, tax or accounting obligations. We'll remove or make your personal information anonymous if we no longer need it for business reasons. When it's impossible to delete the data right away, like when it's in backup files, we'll store it safely and keep it from being processed further until it can be deleted.

9. Obtain Access

10. Your Rights to the Protection of your Data under the General Data Protection Regulation

The following data protection rights are available to you if you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland or the United Kingdom (the "UK"):-

  1. If you would like to access, rectify, update or request the deletion of your personal information, please do not hesitate to contact us at privacy@cloudtopiaa.com whenever you have any questions or concerns.
  2. You can delete and deactivate your account through your control panel settings (https://cloudtopiaa.com/settings). You can use your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or any other data protection law to eliminate your data. All account data will be deleted within the first ninety days after the clear-out.
  3. You can also say you disagree with how your data is being processed, ask us to limit how your data is being processed or ask for data transfer. Another way to use these rights is to send an email to privacy@cloudtopiaa.com.
  4. You can always choose not to receive marketing emails from us. This is your right and you can use it by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in our marketing emails. Please email us at privacy@cloudtopiaa.com if you do not want to be marketed to in other ways.
  5. You can withdraw your consent at any time if we collect and process your data with your permission. While you can withdraw your permission, it does not affect the legality of any processing that happened before you did so. Furthermore, it won't change how your data is processed for legal reasons other than your permission.
  6. You have the right to file a complaint about our acquisition and use of personal data with a data protection authority. Please get in touch with your local data protection authorities for more information.

11. User Options and Preferences

We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to use some aspects of the Services, as you refrain from registering. You can unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions at the conclusion of the communication. We might still contact you for transactional, account-related, informative or other purposes even after unsubscribing.

You may turn off cookies in most browsers, which will stop them from being added in the future or allow certain cookies to be used. We will notify you through our Services, this page, email or other communication channels if we make substantial changes to how we use or share personal data that we previously received from you through our Services.

14. Data Privacy Compliance Framework

The parties execute the Standard Contractual Clauses and the DPA about Personal Data of Data Subjects in the UK, Switzerland or the EEA that is transmitted to or accessible by Cloutopiaa. Cloutopiaa conforms to Swiss-U.S. DPF, UK Extension and EU-U.S. DPF. The DPF Principles take precedence over this Privacy Policy in cases of disagreement. See our GDPR FAQ and Data Processing Agreement for more on data transfer. Cloutopiaa settles disputes about the DPF Principles. Unresolved problems are referred to as JAMS. You can make a complaint at https://www.jamsadr.com/eu-us-data-privacy-framework if your issue is not resolved.
