Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Cloudtopiaa, we strive to provide top-tier cloud services with complete transparency. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your services and request a refund.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Subscription Services: Customers may cancel their subscription services at any time through the Cloudtopiaa dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

1.2. On-Demand Services: Usage-based services are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis and cannot be canceled retroactively. Charges incurred before the cancellation request will still be due.

1.3. Automatic Renewals: If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, it will be automatically renewed, and the applicable fees will be charged.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Non-Refundable Services:

  • One-time setup fees
  • Domain registrations and SSL certificates
  • Any third-party software or licenses purchased through Cloudtopiaa
  • Any usage-based, pay-as-you-go services

2.2. Eligible Refunds:

  • Customers on an annual plan may request a pro-rated refund if cancellation occurs within the first 30 days.
  • If a Cloudtopiaa service is unavailable for more than 9% uptime, customers may be eligible for a service credit in accordance with our SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase and processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

2.3. Special Circumstances:

  • If you were erroneously charged or billed incorrectly, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge to request a correction or refund.

In cases of fraud or unauthorized payments, refunds will be processed after a thorough investigation.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our Billing Support Team at billing@cloudtopiaa.com with the following details:

  • Name and account email
  • Invoice or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

4. Modifications to this Policy

Cloudtopiaa reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or our official website.
